As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    * A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
    * Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
    * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    * Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
    * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    * Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).

• A passion for men’s and boys' grooming.

• 6+ months of experience in a salon (leadership experience is a plus, but we will train the right personality!).

• A positive, team-first attitude.
