Compensation & Earning Potential

Earn $1,300–$1,600+ per week

Compensation includes:

• Base pay: $15–$24 per hour based on performance
• Average credit card tips: $475+ per week
• Average cash tips: $225+ per week
• Retail commission opportunities

• Valid Maryland cosmetology and/or barber license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident performing men’s and boys’ haircuts on all hair types and textures

At Sport Clips, we provide ongoing training to our hair stylists and barbers so they can stay up to date on the latest haircut trends. Our hair stylists typically average $27 per hour including base pay, tips and bonuses. Base wage starts at $14 and depends upon experience!
