What You'll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of stylists, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Deliver top-notch service that exceeds client expectations.
Foster a welcoming, enthusiastic environment where clients and team members feel respected, important, and comfortable.
Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other’s growth.
Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development.

Qualifications
- A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
- Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
- Commitment to ongoing education.
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
