Sport Clips Haircuts is hiring a Salon Manager to lead our Billings team! If you're a licensed cosmetologist or barber with leadership experience and a passion for men’s grooming, this is your opportunity to grow with a nationally recognized brand.

Average $35–$45/hour total pay
$25/hour guaranteed base pay + bonuses & tips

Lead and develop a team of stylists

Deliver high-quality men’s and boys’ haircuts

Drive store performance and client retention

Coach, train, and mentor team members

Maintain a positive, team-first culture

Qualifications

Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License (Required)

Prior salon leadership or assistant manager experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Motivated, team-oriented leader
