Sport Clips Billings is looking for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys working with people, delivering great haircuts and creating a positive place to work.

You’ll have established clientele, support from local ownership and an experienced leadership team to help you succeed.

• Guaranteed hourly pay

Together, hourly pay, tips and biweekly performance bonuses provide total earning potential of $35–$45+ per hour, with quarterly manager bonuses offering additional earnings.

Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, client volume, tips and performance.

You’ll stay active behind the chair while guiding the daily success of your team and store.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching stylists and helping them build confidence and skills

• Setting clear expectations and following through

• Recognizing successes and providing constructive feedback

• Recruiting, onboarding and supporting new team members

• Managing schedules and daily store operations

• Delivering excellent haircuts and client experiences

• Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming store

• Helping grow clientele, team performance and store results

• An active Montana cosmetology or barber license

• A positive, dependable and professional attitude
