Sport Clips Billings Trailhead Center is under local Veteran ownership, and we're looking for an experienced, positive leader to help us continue building an exceptional team in Billings.

This isn't just about managing a schedule or running a shift.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Average Total Compensation: $35–$45+ Per Hour

Your earning opportunity includes:

• Guaranteed $25/hour base pay

️ WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for both the client experience and the development of your team.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of talented stylists and barbers
• Build a positive, professional, high-performing salon culture
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Recognize great performance and coach opportunities for improvement
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain great team members
• Develop future leaders within the salon
• Deliver exceptional men's and boys' haircuts
• Help grow sales, clientele, and overall store performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming salon
• Lead from behind the chair and by example

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys leading people, not simply someone looking for a manager title.

Our ideal candidate has:

• An active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License
• Previous salon leadership or assistant manager experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• The ability to coach and develop others
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• A team-first mentality
• Reliability and personal accountability
• A desire to grow personally and professionally
