Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for an energetic, positive Salon Manager to lead our Billings team. If you're a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys developing people, building a strong team, and providing an outstanding client experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Earn

Average $35–$45+ per hour (base pay, tips, bonuses & incentives)

Guaranteed $25/hour base pay

Established clientele—walk in and start cutting

What You'll Do

• Help grow the business through outstanding customer service
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon

What We're Looking For

Active Montana Cosmetology or Barber License

Previous salon leadership or assistant manager experience preferred

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Someone who enjoys coaching others and leading by example

Reliable, motivated, and committed to building an exceptional team
