Sport Clips Kalispell is hiring talented licensed cosmetologists and barbers to join our growing team.
We have an established and growing client base, an experienced management team, and a locally owned Montana organization committed to investing in our people.
No booth rent. No need to bring a clientele. No chasing clients.
Our compensation combines guaranteed hourly pay + tips + additional earning opportunities, with many stylists earning $30–$40+ per hour in total compensation.
And your starting wage isn't meant to be your finishing wage.
Our performance-based compensation plan gives stylists a clear path to increase their guaranteed hourly pay as their skills and performance grow.
