Assistant Manager Position Open in St. Peters! Sport Clips of St. Peters is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven history of success.

Your Key Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and team leadership
- Train, mentor, and support our stylists
- Deliver exceptional client service and drive retail sales
- Help with recruiting and team development
- Keep the store clean, organized, and brand-perfect
- Contribute to growing our client base in the St. Peters area
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
- Active Missouri Cosmetology license required
- Outgoing personality and strong people skills
- Goal-oriented and team-focused attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay + service commissions + retail commissions
