Assistant Manager Position Open in St. Peters! Sport Clips of St. Peters is hiring a motivated Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team. This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator with a proven history of success.

Your Key Duties

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and team leadership
• Train, mentor, and support our stylists
• Deliver exceptional client service and drive retail sales
• Help with recruiting and team development
• Keep the store clean, organized, and brand-perfect
• Contribute to growing our client base in the St. Peters area

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
• Active Missouri Cosmetology license required
• Outgoing personality and strong people skills
• Goal-oriented and team-focused attitude
• Availability for evenings and weekends
