Your Role as Assistant Manager:
- Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Deliver and coach the Sport Clips MVP experience
- Help recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Drive sales performance, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, professional salon environment
- Step in as manager-on-duty when needed
Qualifications:
- Active Cosmetology or Barber License (Minnesota)
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong skills in men’s haircuts, fades, and grooming
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Results-driven with a passion for growth and development
