- $26–$35/hr — you're never working for commission alone
- Tips (our guys tip well — you'll see)
- Weekend hours paid at a higher hourly rate (that's when the money is)
- Star Level pay bumps: hit your numbers and your hourly rate goes up, permanently, at every level — Rising Star, Star, All Star, MVP, Platinum
- Quarterly Team Bonus: more $/hr for everyone when the store hits its goal
