About the Role
As Salon Manager, you'll oversee daily salon operations while continuing to do what you love behind the chair. You'll lead and mentor a team of stylists, deliver excellent haircuts, and help create a welcoming, high-performing salon environment.
Pay & Benefits
- $17/hour base pay + commissions + tips — earn $30–$40/hour

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling and team coverage
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to help them grow their skills and careers
- Provide professional haircuts
- Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Maintain salon cleanliness, supply inventory, and adherence to safety and licensing standards
- Support store performance goals and client retention
Qualifications
- Active cosmetology or barber license (required)
- Previous hairstyling experience
- Prior management, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
