JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager to join our Sport Clips team. The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist and have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and development of team members (hair stylists) and of our salon as well as assist in creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our clients and our hair stylists team members.
Assistant Managers/Hairstylists/BarbersĀ typically average $26-$33Ā hour (Including Base pay and tips).PLUS additional opportunities to earn bonus incentives EVERY pay period!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ā Ā
- Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations. Ā Ā
- Provide guidance, support and development to hair stylists and coordinators. Ā Ā
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Ā Ā
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members. Ā Ā
- Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals. Ā Ā
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ā Ā
- A valid state cosmetology or barber license. Ā Ā
- Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred. Ā Ā
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ā Ā
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ā Ā
- Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store. Ā Ā
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Ā Ā
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
