Sport Clips Haircuts of San Diego is now accepting applications for our Manager in Training (MIT) Program! This program is designed for licensed cosmetologists and barbers who are ready to grow their careers and learn the skills needed to run a successful salon.
The MIT Program is the perfect opportunity to work in a busy salon, learn directly from experienced managers, and prepare for future leadership opportunities. Participants in this program will be looked to first for future store openings and management roles in the area.
