Location Information:

We’re hiring a licensed cosmetologist or barber who is interested in growing into a leadership role with Sport Clips. This is not a replacement position—we’re looking to build our leadership bench as we continue to grow and open new locations.

As a Manager in Training, you’ll continue working behind the chair while receiving paid management training. You’ll be among the first considered for future store openings or manager opportunities when they become available.

Location Information:

Sport Clips Haircuts in Westlake Village is one of the busiest locations in the region, and we’re looking to add a Manager in Training to help us build our leadership bench as we continue to grow.

This is not a replacement role. We are intentionally developing future leaders and preparing for upcoming new store openings and future manager opportunities. The right candidate will continue working behind the chair while being placed into paid manager training and leadership development.

As a Manager in Training, you will:

Receive paid management training while maintaining strong stylist earnings

Be made aware of new store openings and manager opportunities first

Learn how to lead teams, manage operations, and drive performance in a high-volume salon

Work closely with experienced leadership in one of our top-performing locations

Requirements:

Must be a licensed cosmetologist or barber

Managers can earn between $20-$80 per hour. We offer guaranteed base pay a $250 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants, up to 20% service & retail commissions, rewards, plus GREAT TIPS.
